Introducing: Gunner
Better late than never! This is my sister's dog, Gunner. He is a yellow lab and his butt still doesn't follow his head. But he'll grow out of it. Or so we're told. I thought he was sick when she first got him because he was a far cry from the activity level Sophie was at when we brought her home. All he did was sleep and sleep and sleep. He slept in the car, he slept in the living room, he even slept all through Petsmart! What dog sleeps during a trip to Petsmart?!?! He hasn't destroyed anything but toys (so far). He is definitely a puppy, puppy teeth, puppy breath, puppy bark, puppy potty times. Kelley's happy. Although I'm nore sure Sophie and Jake are too happy about it, and we all know Lightnin' is not happy, but these days she's not happy about much.

Rangers Game
Sometimes being a part of an addiction isn't always a bad thing. Jeremy had a friend that posted up that he had 4 tickets to last night's Ranger game for free. We went with a friend of his and his wife. The game started at 7:00, we got word of the tickets at 6:30. Needless to say, we were a little late. But the seats were AWESOME! The row right behind the visitors' dugout. You can't get much better than that. Here are some pictures from last night's game. Thanks Trey!

Two Birthdays to Celebrate
I'm a little late, but better late than never. April 17th was Sophie's 1st birthday and the 45th birthday of the Mustang. Mom got Sophie a hair cut, she said she couldn't have a grand-dog looking like a rag doll.

Sophie got a replacement doll, the pink one. After a year the eyes on the cow are gone, a foot torn off, and the ears are ragged.

Here she is right after her salon visit.
I love when she gets groomed. She comes home and goes crazy trying to get her scent back.
Sadie also has to make sure it is still Sophie.

And because no dog can never have enough toys.
And also Happy 45th Birthday to the Mustang.
